Tuki welcomes Julian Robertshaw
With over 26 years global experience within the hospitality industry, Julian joins Tuki with his own wealth of culinary adventures. With his career in hospitality beginning at Melbourne’s restaurants – Cerabaonas, Fenix, Lynch’s and spanning to regional wonders like Cosey Corner in Daylesford and Craig’s in Ballarat. Julian’s culinary journey continued at Hamilton Island’s prestigious Beach House before an 8-year stint in China to open hotels for Ritz Carlton and Starwood.
Until recently, Julian has been instrumental in the new incarnation of The Continental Sorrento, where he has been Culinary Director under the acclaimed chef Scott Pickett.
Tuki welcomes Julian to forge a new and exciting era for the business. There is great synergy between the Tuki ethos and Julian’s culinary identity of hard work, dedication and passion for produce. We look forward to taking our dining guests on the journey of food exploration from the origins of Tuki all the way through to Julian’s inspired culinary skills on the plate, to create a memorable dining experience.
