Tuki hands over the reins to Victor Blain

 In News

It is with great excitement after 39 years Tuki will be handing over the reins to Victor Blain for a 4 week pop-up restaurant.

Commencing on April 10, Victor will be showcasing the best produce our farm and region have to offer.

Like all passionate chefs his culinary adventures started early at the Grenoble Academy in France. Victor has had a stellar career working in Michelin star restaurants in London, Chef de Partie at Vue de Monde and until recently was Head Chef at Smith St Bistrot in Melbourne.
