Winterlude comes to Tuki Trout Farm. Ballarat & District
Vignerons Association have joined forces with Tuki to bring you an evening of local produce with Chef Benjamin O’Brien.
Date: Saturday 16th July 2016
Time: 6.30 pm for 7pm start
Venue: Tuki Trout Farm – 60 Stoney Rises Road, Smeaton
Cost: $70 per person – Members & Guests
Canapés & Sparkling Wine on arrival followed by a 4 Course Dinner matched with local Ballarat Wines. Tuki Chef Benjamin O’Brien will be using local produce for this amazing experience.
