He’s perfected the water system so the rainbow trout have the most lustrous skin and pinkest flesh
If trout isn’t your thing try some lamb or beef also grown on the stony grounds at Stony Rises
Jan your hostess is ably assisted by a growing number of staff as Tuki becomes more well known and you may catch a visit from their son Alistair who ll spin as good a yarn as father Rob
After 21 years it deserves a 5 star rating and we’ll keep going back whilst the Jonses will have us
