End of Winter Wine Dinner

Celebrate the end of winter as we join forces with Blue Pyrenees Winery to present a sumptuous dinner showcasing the best from each producer.

Enjoy the warmth of our hospitality backdropped by the beautiful Stony Rises landscape as you taste some of the best food and wine both producers have to offer, in what will be a wonderful evening that is sure not to be missed!

Our famous home-grown trout, land and beef will be showcased across a five course menu, carefully matched with Blue Pyrenees Estate red, white and sparkling wines.

Sparkling Oaky White 2014 champ blend
Hot smoked trout, rye, rocket.
Or Twice baked soufflé with horseradish and smoked trout.

2013 Estate Red
Tuki eye fillet, wheat berries, roasted caraway and caramelised cauliflower, mustard leaf.

Viognier
Grilled trout – fresh ginger kohlrabi.

2014 Cabernet Sauvignon
Baked lamb cutlet, winter savoury, white beans and root vegetable.

Botrytis Riesling
Pears, vanilla, some sort of cheese.
Or Sweet yeast streusel / strudel.
